Application to Exhibit at the LFLTA 2009 Conference on February 27 and
28 in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Note:
Payment should be received no later than 2 weeks before conference date
unless other arrangements have been made with the treasurer. If
the exhibitor cancels by February 10th, a full refund will be
made. Cancellation after that date will result in a partial
refund.

A tentative conference schedule will be posted to the LFLTA webpage one
month before the date of the conference. Please consult the
webpage for information details about sessions and meetings.
Exhibitors may set-up on Friday, February 27 at 11:00 a.m.
The conference activities conclude at 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 27,
2009 and at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2009. Please plan
accordingly.
