Payments

Make your check for registration fees payable to LAMFT. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Registration forms without payment will not be processed. If you included an e-mail address on your registration form, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your registration. Your badge (your ticket to events) must also be picked up at the registration desk.

Do not mail registration forms after February 6, 2002. After this date, you must register at the conference, as we will not be able to process mailed registrations past this date.

Continuing Education Units

Instructions for CEUs will be included in your conference information packet, which must be picked up at the registration desk. There is a $10 CEU charge. If you desire CEUs or attendance verification, check the appropriate box on the registration form.
