1996 - 2001 Director and Counsellor, Caledonia Christian Counselling Centre Paisley, Scotland
Responsibilities included: directing the vision of the centre, overseeing 4 trainee counsellors and administration staff, managing daily operation, partnering with the community, and maintaining a counselling caseload.

1990-2001 Trainer, Pastoral Care Staff, and Leadership Team Member, Youth With A Mission, Scotland
Led training courses and staff development workshops for staff and offered pastoral care to staff and students. Also part of National Leadership Team.

1989-1990 Music Therapist, Duke University Psychiatric Hospital
Durham, North Carolina
Responsibilities included: co-ordinating a music therapy programme for in-patient emotionally disturbed children, adolescents, and adults. Clinical issues benefiting from this therapy included patients diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and dissociative identity disorder.
