Student Nurses' Association

The University of Louisiana at Monroe Student Nurses' Association (SNA) is a voluntary organization of professional tract student nurses and pre-nursing students enrolled in Nursing 200. The SNA promotes community service involvement by participating in health fairs and walk-a-thons. Fund-raising projects include sales of stethoscopes, stethoscope covers, first aid kits and School of Nursing jackets. Proceeds from these sales fund SNA activities and the Carol Price Memorial Scholarship, which is awarded to students in the professional program who are active in SNA and exhibit qualities of leadership, professionalism and service.
