OBJECTIVES

-Understand the history of the quality movement
-Understand basic quality principles
-Understand how quality principles are applied to construction management

 

GRADING

The attendance policy found in the NLU catalog will be followed. The grade will be the average of all homework, projects and exams. Late work will receive no credit.

Selected readings will be assigned as needed.    

Late homework will receive no credit.  Students wishing to discuss a grade must see the instructor during office hours.

 

The grading scale is 90 - 100 A, 60 -  70 D, 80 -  90 B, 70 -  80 C, Below 60 F.
